Ovita chose a gorgeous oval cake that served
100 guests. The bottom tier is a 16" oval and
the top tier is a 10" oval.
This cake is pure romance...what could be
more romantic than amaretto cake filled with
cream cheese and white chocolate fondant,
red roses, grapes, a bottle of wine with their
names on the label and glasses filled with
wine? Even the border has clusters of
grapes! The bottle, roses, grapes, leaves
and the "wine" in the bottles are all sugar
based.
