This cake is for a 60th wedding anniversary.  The bottom tier
is a chocolate fudge filled with raspberries and the other tiers
are butterpecan with cream cheese filling.  It is a 6, 9, and
12" rounds covered in white chocolate fondant.  The 6" and 9"
cakes are impressed with a rose pattern and the 12" cake is
impressed with diamonds and handpainted with luster dust
and encircled with a strand of white chocolate pearls.

Pearlized gum paste roses, calla lilies, hydrangias,
stephanotis and rose leaves decorate the cake in stunningly
realistic flowers.  A sugar drape flows across the cake is
impressed with a silk texture.  The board is impressed with a
rose pattern with a complete attention to details.

The cake serves 88/102.  

Congratulations to Dr. and Mrs. Majors on their 60th
anniversary.
