Moth orchids grace this rough iced cake
that was made with 6", 10" and 14"
squares.  The orchids were dusted a
soft pink and orchid twigs completed the
design.  

The 14" cake was butterpecan with
cream cheese filling and the 10" cake
was a rum cake made with world famous
Cayman Island Tortuga Gold Rum and
filled with pineapple laced with Tortuga
Gold Rum.  The top tier was French
Vanilla.  The board was decorated to
reflect the mood of the cake.
