Scrolls, diamonds, pearls and red gum paste
roses on a white chocolate fondant cake.  
Inside was butterpecan cakes and
creamcheese filling.

The cakes were a 6", 8", 10" and 12" rounds
on a 18" board accented in red.  The cake
served 120 guests saving the top tier as an
anniversary cake.
