Brandy and her fiancé chose a theme that
was special to them...The University of Texas
Longhorns!!!!

The cake is a 6, 9, and 12" round traditional
wedding cake - scrolls, diamond impressions,
Harlequin diamonds on the bottom and pearl
bead borders.  It has a pretty plaque with their
initials.  The only difference is the topper!

It is a football helmet - with the Longhorn
emblem on the side.  The helmet is covered in
sugar fondant complete with face mask.  

The room was decorated in Longhorn Orange
and Longhorn elements were all around.  

It was the perfect cake for Longhorn fans!
