A stately, elegant cake of four tiers that included
French Vanilla, Chocolate, and Butter Pecan flavors.
 An understated bouquet of sugar roses topped the
cake and a delicate sugar rose accented the third
tier.  The bottom tier was hand painted and
accented with pearls.  The top three tiers were
impressed with a delicate design that looked like
fabric and encircled with lustered fondant bands.  
Aundria's color scheme of Royal Blue accented the
cake with dramatic color.

The cakes were a 6, 8, 10, and 12" rounds stacked
for an elegant presentation.  The cake served 120
guests.
